Are you a youth worker looking for fresh ideas to spark engagement?


Join Youth Focus North West and Curious Minds for a hands-on training day exploring creative methods that bring energy, inclusivity, and play into youth work practice.


Through experiential learning, you will:


✅ Try out a range of creative activities for groups and 1-2-1 sessions


✅ Learn how to adapt activities for different learning styles, needs, and spaces


✅ Build confidence in leading creative engagement with young people


✅ Explore how to evaluate sessions creatively


This isn’t a “sit back and listen” training — it’s a practical, playful day where you’ll learn by doing. You’ll leave with activities, tools, and inspiration ready to use straight away in your work with young people.


We welcome you to bring your own ideaas and activities to share too!


Curious Minds is an award-winning charity leading nationally from Wigan, sparking equity and excellence in arts education and cultural learning. They bring together educators, artists and emerging talent, providing training, networks and opportunities that empower them to ignite creativity and transform learning.
