Booking your Child’s Place

We are excited to introduce our new, user-friendly booking system, Plinth, which makes registering your child for the HAF Programme easier and more efficient than ever before. To get started, simply visit the Hammersmith and Fulham Holiday, Activity and Food web page and navigate to the Plinth booking portal. Here, you can quickly create an account, register your child, and browse a wide range of engaging activities tailored to their interests and needs. Plinth provides detailed descriptions of each provider and events, including age suitability, accessibility arrangements and availability, helping you make informed choices.

 

Cancellations

You will receive an email reminding you of the activities you have booked for your child a week prior to delivery. If you need to cancel for any reason, please do so via Plinth. We ask that you give at least 24 hours' notice so the place can be given to another young person.


SEND and Accessibility

Our Holiday, Activity and Food Programme providers strive to accommodate all children and young people. We encourage parents and guardians to reach out to individual providers to discuss any specific requirements your child may have. This communication is crucial to help us understand how we can best support your child and ensure their safety and enjoyment.

We collaborate with specialist providers who are experienced in working with children with more complex needs. These providers offer targeted programmes and activities designed to cater to the specific requirements of children with disabilities or other additional needs.
