Proudly managing the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme on behalf of the Hammersmith and Fulham Council, LMP Action plays a crucial role in ensuring that children and young people have access to enriching activities and nutritious meals during school holidays.

Hammersmith &amp; Fulham's Holiday Programme offers a range of free activities across the borough, ensuring every young person receives a nutritious meal. Booking Your Child’s PlaceTo get started, create an account, register your child, and browse our wide range of engaging activities tailored to their interests and needs. Plinth provides detailed descriptions of each provider and event, including age suitability, accessibility arrangements and availability, helping you make informed choices.&nbsp; CancellationsYou will receive an email reminding you of the activities you have booked for your child a week before delivery. If you need to cancel, please do so via Plinth and contact the provider. We ask that you give at least 24 hours notice so the place can be given to another young person. SEND and AccessibilityOur Holiday, Activity and Food Programme providers strive to accommodate all children and young people. We encourage parents and guardians to contact individual providers to discuss any specific requirements your child may have. This communication is crucial to help us understand how we can best support your child and ensure their safety and enjoyment. Specialist SEND ProvisionWe collaborate with specialist providers who are experienced in working with children with complex and profound needs. These providers offer specialist programmes and activities designed to cater to the specific requirements of children with disabilities or other additional needs. We provide free, accessible art programmes that include workshops, classes, and community projects, working extensively with children and young adults. HF Mencap is dedicated to empowering children and adults with learning disabilities and autism, ensuring their voices are heard, and helping them reach their full potential while being included in their local community. Our organization seeks to promote the wellbeing and development of individuals with learning disabilities and autism, as well as support their families and carers. We provide a range of services, including parent/carer advocacy, youth development projects, day opportunities, short breaks, and various projects and campaigns. Through our efforts, we aim to support individuals with learning disabilities and autism in living as independently as possible, advocating for their rights, and providing opportunities for continued learning and development.

At HF Mencap, we are committed to providing support that ensures children and adults with learning disabilities and autism are accepted and included in the community, have their voices and needs heard by decision makers, and are supported to live as independently as possible. Our organization also focuses on empowering individuals to campaign for their rights, pursue their dreams, and live fulfilling lives. Through our various programs and initiatives, we strive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we support, enabling them to make friends, form relationships, pursue employment, and live in their own homes. We run 6 youth clubs in West London, alongside a range of other activities and projects aimed at maximising life chances and opportunities for disadvantaged young people.

Wormwood Scrubs Pony Centre (WSPC) is the only Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) centre in West London offering riding lessons and equine therapy to children, young people and adults.

Brainspark Games – EdTech Studio & Youth Programmes (H&F)

Multi-award-winning EdTech gaming studio, Brainspark Games is building culturally inclusive, AI-powered, Augmented Reality educational mobile games aligned with the UK national curriculum, including climate education and I/GCSE games for diverse learners.
We pioneer neurogames technology that condenses 12 weeks of learning into just a few hours of engaging, fast-paced gameplay — making education fun, accessible, and memorable.

Alongside our digital innovation, we run youth programmes across the year that combine creativity, education, and real-world experience:

Brainspark HAF Camps
Our Holiday Activities & Food (HAF) camps include a mix of creative learning and active fun:

Current Opportunity – Brainspark Intro to Games Youth Programme
We are now recruiting for our free part-time youth programme, running from June to September 2025, for young people aged 13–18 (up to 25 for SEND) who live or go to school in Hammersmith & Fulham.

Participants will:
- Explore careers in the games industry
- Get support with CVs and interview preparation
- Take part in hands-on creative workshops
- Visit real games studios and help build a game
- Receive mentoring, coaching, and gain work experience

Urbanwise.London is an educational charity which was established in 1983 and was previously known as Hammersmith and Fulham Urban Studies Centre.

We have a wealth of experience in engaging people in learning about their local environment and offer a range of different programmes to schools and adult groups.

WEST Youth Zone is a brand new, purpose-built building fizzing with energy, and crammed with incredible facilities. It is staffed by skilled and dedicated youth workers who truly believe in young people – helping them see what they can achieve, and giving them the skills, confidence and ambition to go for it.

We are a social enterprise who provides extra curricular activities and holiday provision for children and young people. We run a suplus food provision where we rescues surplus food and redistributes it throughout the local community. In addition to this we also host intergenerational social events.

Motion4Kids CIC

At Motion4Kids (M4K), we are committed to empowering young people through sports, fostering their physical, mental, and emotional growth. Established in 2023, M4K works with children and young adults aged 2 to 25, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), individuals from underprivileged backgrounds, asylum seekers, and the home-educated community.

We provide a safe and inclusive space for individuals to thrive, delivering programmes that inspire confidence, develop skills, and nurture lifelong learning. Our initiatives span London communities, including Barking, Newham, Tower Hamlets Mile End, Canning Town, West Ham, Paddington Recreation Ground, and Frenford.
