We are a social enterprise who provides extra curricular activities and holiday provision for children and young people. We run a suplus food provision where we rescues surplus food and redistributes it throughout the local community. In addition to this we also host intergenerational social events.

Hammersmith & Fulham Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme
Hammersmith & Fulham's Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme offers a range of free activities across the borough, ensuring children and young people can access enriching experiences and receive a nutritious meal during the school holidays.EligibilityThe HAF Programme is available to children and young people who meet the eligibility criteria for either Targeted Free School Meals (FSM) or Expanded FSM.Targeted FSM

Children whose families receive benefits-related Free School Meals.

Families must be in receipt of Universal Credit and have annual earned income of £7,400 or less per year (excluding benefits).

Expanded FSM

Children whose families receive Universal Credit but have annual earnings above £7,400 per year.

Hammersmith & Fulham Council provides additional funding to support these children to access HAF activities.

In order to verify eligibility, parents and carers may be asked to provide:

Surname

Date of birth

National Insurance number (optional)

You should have received communication from your child's school confirming whether your child is eligible for Targeted or Expanded FSM.A limited number of discretionary places are also available for children who do not meet the eligibility criteria. Providers can allocate up to 15% of places to non-eligible children and young people. As demand for these places is high, we encourage families to book early where discretionary places are available.Booking Your Child's PlaceTo get started, create an account, register your child, and browse our wide range of engaging activities tailored to their interests and needs.Plinth provides detailed descriptions of each provider and event, including age suitability, accessibility arrangements, eligibility requirements and availability, helping you make informed choices. When registering, please ensure all information is accurate and up to date, as this information may be used to confirm eligibility for HAF-funded places.CancellationsYou will receive an email reminding you of the activities you have booked for your child approximately one week before delivery. If you need to cancel, please do so via Plinth and contact the provider directly. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice so the place can be made available to another child or young person.SEND and AccessibilityOur Holiday Activities and Food Programme providers strive to accommodate all children and young people. We encourage parents and carers to contact individual providers before booking to discuss any specific requirements their child may have. This communication is crucial in helping us understand how we can best support your child and ensure their safety, wellbeing and enjoyment whilst attending activities.Specialist SEND ProvisionWe work with specialist providers who have extensive experience supporting children and young people with complex and profound needs. These providers offer specialist programmes and activities designed to meet a range of additional needs and disabilities. If your child would benefit from specialist provision, please contact the relevant provider directly to discuss suitability and available support.
