FYA has been delivering youth led mentoring programmes with over 2000 young people since late 2017 and is an award winning initiative with multiple models of mentoring support.

This 2 day Adult to Youth Mentoring Train the Trainer (TTT) programme has been designed to support youth organisations and professionals working with young people who want to set up and coproduce their own mentoring support programmes working in a youth led way.

Join us across both days to learn and connect with other youth professionals across the capital motivated and excited to set up or support the development of their own adult to youth coproduced mentoring projects.

Please note participants must attend both days of the training to complete the course.

Our 2-day TTT course highlights include:

• Coproduction and Youth Participation models

• Overview of mentoring and group support approaches

• Best practice and the Mentoring Quality Framework

• Recruitment for mentoring programmes

• Implementation and choosing your model(s)

• Facilitation guidance through a youth led lens

• Training content and resources

• Evaluation methods
