SEACC are delighted to be working with Fulham Football Foundation to offer a very special trip to Craven Cottage for young people aged 11-16 this summer! Pick up and drop off will be from Sands End Arts &amp; Community Centre with travel to/from Craven Cottage and lunch provided for any young people taking part. The trip includes a tour of Craven Cottage, a workshop and lunch inside Fulham Pier, with football related fun at SEACC before and after the visit.

Sands End&nbsp;Arts &amp;&nbsp;Community Centre&nbsp;is a multi-use space and café is for everyone in the local community to use and enjoy.

If you need to cancel, please do so via Plinth and contact the provider. We ask that you give at least 24 hours notice so the place can be given to another young person. SEND and AccessibilityOur Holiday, Activity and Food Programme providers strive to accommodate all children and young people. We encourage parents and guardians to contact individual providers to discuss any specific requirements your child may have. This communication is crucial to help us understand how we can best support your child and ensure their safety and enjoyment. Specialist SEND ProvisionWe collaborate with specialist providers who are experienced in working with children with complex and profound needs. These providers offer specialist programmes and activities designed to cater to the specific requirements of children with disabilities or other additional needs.
