At DASH Ceredigion, we have been dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for disabled children and young people in Ceredigion since 1978. We provide a variety of leisure schemes and respite services for children and young people aged 4 to 25 with additional needs. Our offerings include fun playschemes filled with activities such as horse riding, swimming, and beach trips, as well as small group outings where young people can choose their preferred activities. We also run a mobile youth club called Frendz, which operates during term-time evenings, and organize away weekends at our specially adapted Ty Glyn Bungalow, complete with a sensory garden. Through these initiatives, we aim to foster personal, social, and creative development in a welcoming and enjoyable environment.

Our services not only benefit the children and young people we support but also provide much-needed respite for parents and carers, allowing them time to recharge. We rely on the generosity of our funders and partners, as well as the dedication of our volunteers, to keep our programs running and to ensure that every child has access to enriching experiences. By creating these opportunities, we strive to empower disabled children and young people, helping them to thrive and enjoy a better quality of life within their community.
