Event DescriptionParents/Cares can attend the session with your baby. In baby massage you will engage with your baby to do rhythmic strokes on your baby body, potentially we all react by touching out baby if they need reassurance so this session helps with reassuring your child with learnt stroke.

Yoga and wellbeing sessions for parents, carers and children. This session mixes both a gentle yoga session and mindfulness exercises. You and your child will be taught simple breathing exercises to reduce stress as well as easy yoga moves to help you feel energised and relaxed.
