FASHION PHOTOGRAPHY

A dynamic, style-focused workshop for students interested in the creative world of fashion imagery. This course dives into the essentials of fashion photography, from concept development and styling to working with natural light and directing a subject. We’ll look at the work of influential fashion photographers like Richard Avedon, Tim Walker and Annie Liebovitz exploring how storytelling, mood and identity come together in a powerful image. Young photographers will have the chance to shoot on location around London, experimenting with fashion portraiture and editorial style setups, while receiving tailored guidance and feedback throughout. Whether they're curious about fashion photography or already passionate about it, this course offers a vibrant and focused space to develop their voice and vision and a trip to National Portrait Gallery. We will be showing their final images at our end of summer HvH ARTS Inspire & Create Summer Exhibition
