Action on Disability delivers an inclusive holiday project for young disabled aged 11 - 25. We offer a wide range of activities where young people can make friends, learn new skills and have fun.

Hammersmith &amp; Fulham's Holiday Programme offers a wide range of free activities across the borough, ensuring that every young person receives a nutritious meal. Once registered you can search for and book activities. CancellationsYou will receive an email reminding you of the activities you have booked for your child a week prior to delivery. If you need to cancel for any reason, please do so via Plinth. We ask that you give at least 24 hours' notice so the place can be given to another young person.
