Billys lifeline are hosting their first support group. The National Trust at Souter Light House has kindly offered us the use of their new community hub room over looking our beautiful coast .

We would love to see as many people as possible , no real agenda as yet as we would like to meet people and get some ideas of what clients would like in the weeks following for example cuppa and chat, we can facilitate 1:1 sessions, walking along the coast, crafts, some workshops around sleep hygiene, well being, any other ideas please come along
