Each session starts at 11am, so please be on time. Each person can bring up to 3 garments. You can register for second visit to fix more, up to 3 garments.

Bring your reparable dresses for free repairs or alterations to Sowing Stitches Resource Centre, 6 The Concourse, London NW9 5XB on Saturdays until end of February 2026 from 11am - 2pm. Repurpose or mend your reparable dresses. Recycle the irreparable ones.

Livingway Ministries

At Living Way Ministries, we are dedicated to serving our community by providing essential support to children, youth, families, and individuals facing hardship. Our initiatives include business training programs, food share services, and advocacy efforts aimed at relieving poverty and preventing hardship. 

Through partnerships, such as our collaboration with other local and national organisations, we offer free business skills training, which empowers participants with valuable skills in areas like dressmaking and haircare funded by The National Lotteries Community Fund. Our FoodShare program plays a crucial role in ensuring that those in need have access to nutritious food, especially during this economically challenging times. This is made possible with funding from City Bridge Foundation.  Over 60 age group health and wellbeing activities have recently included Advice Services with funding from Benefact, London Borough of Barnet and West Hendon Community Trust Fund.
 
We focus on helping diverse range of individuals and families, including children, the elderly, and people with disabilities. Our commitment extends to general charitable purposes, education and training, health advancement, and community development. By providing resources, advice, and advocacy, we strive to create a positive impact in the lives of those we serve. Our work not only addresses immediate needs but also fosters long-term empowerment and resilience within our community.
