Do you have clothes that need a little TLC? Join us at Fashion Fix: Clothing Repair Meetups and learn how to repair and repurpose your garments! Our workshops are designed to empower you with the skills and confidence to mend your own clothes, all while connecting with like-minded community members.

Workshop Details:

• What to Expect:
• Hands-On Learning: Our workshops are all about empowering you to repair your own clothes. We won't be doing the repairs for you, but we will guide you through the process, offering tips, techniques, and encouragement.
• Bring Your Own Clothes: Whether it's a favourite pair of jeans that need patching, a dress with a broken zipper, or a shirt that could use some alterations, bring your items along and learn how to give them new life.
• Provided Equipment:
• Sewing Machines: We will have two Singer sewing machines available for your use.
• Threads and Tools: A variety of threads, needles, scissors, and other essential sewing tools will be provided.
• Learning Resources: We will supply books and guides on sewing techniques to help you understand the basics and beyond.
• Community Connection:
• Meet New People: These meetups are a great way to connect with others in your community who are interested in sustainability and fashion.
• Share and Learn: Exchange tips, share your repair successes, and learn from others in a friendly, collaborative environment.
