Sports Alive North West

At Sports Alive North West, we are dedicated to creating stronger, safer, and healthier communities by engaging children and young people, particularly those from hard-to-reach backgrounds. Our outreach programs encourage participation in sports and recreational activities, helping to divert youth from areas associated with anti-social behavior. We operate across various locations, including Everton, Fazakerley, Kirkby, and Tuebrook, offering a range of activities such as boxing, yoga, and the Duke of Edinburgh Award. Our recent initiatives, like the Mobile Youth Truck called the Hub, have further expanded our reach, bringing sports and activities directly to the youth in our community.

In the past year, we have proudly worked with over 2,500 young people, providing them with opportunities for personal growth and development. Our successful programs, such as the Cradle to Career initiative, have improved literacy and tackled inequalities, while our Annual Family Fun Day brought together over 1,000 attendees for a day of joy and connection. With significant funding support, including nearly £250,000 from the National Lottery, we are committed to enhancing youth provision and support for local children, ensuring they have the resources and encouragement they need to thrive.
