Kind Mind Community is dedicated to supporting individuals in South Tyneside with their mental health and wellbeing. Through our Recovery College, we offer a range of activities and resources aimed at empowering individuals on their journey to recovery. Our activities include courses, support groups, and creative workshops, providing a safe and nurturing environment for individuals to explore their interests and develop new skills. We also encourage volunteering within our community, fostering a sense of purpose and connection for both volunteers and those they support.
