If you need to cancel, please do so via Plinth and contact the provider. We ask that you give at least 24 hours notice so the place can be given to another young person. SEND and AccessibilityOur Holiday, Activity and Food Programme providers strive to accommodate all children and young people. We encourage parents and guardians to contact individual providers to discuss any specific requirements your child may have. This communication is crucial to help us understand how we can best support your child and ensure their safety and enjoyment.
