Join us at Great Leaps to start your Christmas with some exciting Christmas craft.Reindeers are essential to Father Christmas being able to get your presents to you for the Big Day. We will be spending our day making reindeers out of materials we can find in the woods and enjoying some festive fun around the campfire. We will end the session by having some jacket potatoes before sending you on your way to enjoy your Christmas holiday.

Great leaps provide educational, mental health and employment experiences, using an outdoor setting, for people who are or who have struggled previously with a more formalised approach. 

To deliver these experiences, we work with stakeholders to enhance participants' accomplishments; empowering each individual to make positive changes going forward while creating a broader awareness of wellness, wellbeing and mindfulness, through widening participation, in support of social prescribing.

MedwayGo offers free holiday activities for school-aged children who receive benefits-related free school meals, from reception to year 11. Holiday activities are delivered across the Easter, Summer and Christmas school holidays with a range of different activities. These include sports, music and drama, outdoor pursuits, swimming, learning about animals and other exciting opportunities.&nbsp;&nbsp;There are lots of providers involved in delivering these free opportunities, including Medway Sport, Youth Service, Hoo Sports, Fuzion Active, Strive, Jam Coding and so many more. The Winter programme is running from Monday, 23 December to Friday, 3 January 2025.
