Building Strength, Confidence & Emotional Resilience


Dates: Monday 14th to Wednesday 16th April

For Young People Aged 10 to 14 Years


Empower your child to reach their full potential with our Power Up programme—designed to help young people develop both physical strength and emotional resilience. This unique, three-hour structured programme will support their mental and physical well-being while building the confidence and skills they need to navigate life’s challenges.


What We Offer:

  • Self-Defence Skills – Give your child the confidence to stand strong and stay safe with practical self-defence techniques. They’ll learn real-world skills in a fun and supportive environment.
  • Mindfulness & Emotional Resilience – Help your child discover mindfulness practices, breathing exercises, and stress-busting techniques that promote mental clarity and emotional strength—essential tools for handling life’s challenges.
  • Social Meal Time – Each session includes with a shared meal, where your child can relax, connect with others, and build lasting friendships in a friendly, positive setting.


This programme is led by qualified professionals in martial arts and yoga, ensuring your child receives expert instruction in a safe and supportive environment. By the end of the course, your child will have gained valuable life skills, strengthened their physical and mental resilience, and made lasting connections with their peers.
