Our biggest day of the summer! Join us on Glasgow Green for a big free family picnic with fun bike activities - celebrating our communities as part of the Glasgow 2026 Festival.
This is a day especially for New Scots - women and families who are new to Scotland and making Glasgow their home. Bring everyone: children, partners, grandparents! We'll share food together, play games, try some bike fun for all ages and abilities, and enjoy the summer with old friends and new.
Food is provided free - when you book, please tell us your dietary requirements and we'll make sure there's something delicious for you. You don't need any cycling experience to join in.
Everyone is welcome, whatever your level of English.
Where: Meet at the Sails sculpture, Glasgow Green - in the events area just east of the People's Palace (look for the Sunny Cycles flags!)
