Outdoor Recovery Group – Nature Unlimited & Borders in Recovery
Join Nature Unlimited, Borders in Recovery and the Birchwood Health & Wellbeing Hub for a 10-week Outdoor Recovery Group designed to support wellbeing, connection and recovery through spending time in nature.
The programme is delivered by a friendly team with lived experience of recovery and/or experience of supporting friends and family in recovery.
Activities include spending time in a therapeutic outdoor environment, connecting with others, learning new outdoor skills and cooking together over an open fire. Refreshments and lunch are provided.
