Hi there,Thank you for signing your child up to the October Half Term Holiday Club at WEST Youth Zone! We are very excited to welcome them to WEST for a fun-packed week! If your child is not already a member of WEST, please go to www.westyouthzone.org/membership/become-a-member to sign them up. We cannot admit young people who are not members into the Youth Zone. Please ensure your child is signed up by 20th October, otherwise their place will be cancelled.We ask that all children arrive no later than 09:30, especially if they have not attended WEST before, as this gives them the chance to get to know their peers and settle in with a group game before activities start. Please note that pick up is 16:30 sharp. If you are running late, please call to let us know ASAP. Please be aware that if you are late multiple times to pick up your child, we may cancel their place.Breakfast finishes at 09:30, and lunch is from 12:30 - 13:15. If you wish to provide your child with a packed lunch, please be aware that we are a nut free facility. Any products containing nuts will be confiscated and disposed of. We also do not permit young people to bring in fizzy drinks such as Coca-Cola or Fanta, or large bags of sweets/chocolates.If for whatever reason your child cannot attend a day of Holiday Club, you will need to call us on 0208 149 7700 to let us know, so we can offer the place to another child. WEST Youth Zone Holiday Club returns for a fun week of activities this October!Alongside our usual activities like art, climbing, cooking, music, football (and more!), we are excited to be partnering with GSK to offer 4 days of fun biology themed activities for WEST members.We will also be going on a trip on Thursday 29th (destination TBC). This trip will be all day, and young people booked on this day will need to attend. Due to an event at WEST for Senior members, we are unable to leave any Holiday Club members at the Youth Zone.

WEST Youth Zone opened in April 2024 and is a purpose-built building fizzing with energy, and crammed with incredible facilities. It is staffed by skilled and dedicated youth workers who truly believe in young people – helping them see what they can achieve, and giving them the skills, confidence and ambition to go for it.

Activities available for our members include climbing, music, art, games, boxing, football, cooking, and more!

Hammersmith &amp; Fulham's Holiday Programme offers a range of free activities across the borough, ensuring every young person receives a nutritious meal. Booking Your Child’s PlaceTo get started, create an account, register your child, and browse our wide range of engaging activities tailored to their interests and needs. Plinth provides detailed descriptions of each provider and event, including age suitability, accessibility arrangements and availability, helping you make informed choices.&nbsp; CancellationsYou will receive an email reminding you of the activities you have booked for your child a week before delivery. If you need to cancel, please do so via Plinth and contact the provider. We ask that you give at least 24 hours notice so the place can be given to another young person. SEND and AccessibilityOur Holiday, Activity and Food Programme providers strive to accommodate all children and young people. We encourage parents and guardians to contact individual providers to discuss any specific requirements your child may have. This communication is crucial to help us understand how we can best support your child and ensure their safety and enjoyment. Specialist SEND ProvisionWe collaborate with specialist providers who are experienced in working with children with complex and profound needs. These providers offer specialist programmes and activities designed to cater to the specific requirements of children with disabilities or other additional needs.
