Hi there, Thank you for signing your child up to the October half term Holiday Club! We are very excited to welcome them to WEST for a fun-packed week! If your child is not already a member of WEST, please go to www.westyouthzone.org/membership/become-a-member to sign them up. We cannot admit young people who are not members into the Youth Zone. If you have booked your child onto our trip day (Wednesday 29th October), you will need to come into WEST to collect a consent form for your child to attend the trip. Consent forms must be returned by Friday 24th October, otherwise we will not be able to guarantee your child a place. If for whatever reason your child cannot attend a day of Holiday Club, you will need to call us on 0208 149 7700 to let us know, so we can offer the space to another child. WEST Holiday Club is back for the October half term and we are very excited to welcome our members back for what promises to be another fun filled week! We are once again sharing the building with our friends from Action on Disability each day of the week apart from Wednesday 29th. Activities on offer are: rock climbing, cooking, music, football, art, dance, group games, and more! On Wednesday 29th, we will be going on another fun trip (destination TBC) and will be confirming further activities soon, so watch this space!

WEST Youth Zone

WEST Youth Zone is a brand new, purpose-built building fizzing with energy, and crammed with incredible facilities. It is staffed by skilled and dedicated youth workers who truly believe in young people – helping them see what they can achieve, and giving them the skills, confidence and ambition to go for it.

Activities available for our members include climbing, music, art, games, boxing, football, cooking, and more!

Hammersmith &amp; Fulham's Holiday Programme offers a range of free activities across the borough, ensuring every young person receives a nutritious meal. Booking Your Child’s PlaceTo get started, create an account, register your child, and browse our wide range of engaging activities tailored to their interests and needs. Plinth provides detailed descriptions of each provider and event, including age suitability, accessibility arrangements and availability, helping you make informed choices.&nbsp; CancellationsYou will receive an email reminding you of the activities you have booked for your child a week before delivery. If you need to cancel, please do so via Plinth and contact the provider. We ask that you give at least 24 hours notice so the place can be given to another young person. SEND and AccessibilityOur Holiday, Activity and Food Programme providers strive to accommodate all children and young people. We encourage parents and guardians to contact individual providers to discuss any specific requirements your child may have. This communication is crucial to help us understand how we can best support your child and ensure their safety and enjoyment. Specialist SEND ProvisionWe collaborate with specialist providers who are experienced in working with children with complex and profound needs. These providers offer specialist programmes and activities designed to cater to the specific requirements of children with disabilities or other additional needs.
