Description

Tyne and Wear Fire and Rescue Service TEAM Programme in partnership with the King's Trust.

A 12-week personal development course for 16-25 year olds, designed to boost employability and confidence through activities including a community project, work placement and residential trip. Young people receive careers advice and guidance around job searching, creating CVs and interview skills. Learners also take part in other sessions such as first aid and water safety amongst other team building activities and external visits.

On completion of the course, learners will have achieved a King's Trust Certificate in Employment, Teamwork and Community Skills qualification at Entry Level 3, Level 1 or Level 2.

Our next course runs starts on Monday 14th September to Friday 4th December 2026.
