Reminescence Work and Play is a welcoming weekly group for people living with dementia and their families or carers. Each session blends creativity, connection, and joy—offering a chance to explore new and familiar activities in a relaxed and friendly space.
We begin with tea, biscuits and gentle conversation, followed by a creative activity that changes each week. From gardening, crafts, storytelling, mindfulness and music to gentle movement, drama games, and seasonal projects—there’s always something engaging to enjoy together.
Whether you’re coming along with a loved one or joining solo, Re- Play is all about self-expression, connection, and finding moments of play and creativity in the here and now.
No experience needed—just come as you are.
