Celebrate the Commonwealth Games coming to Glasgow with a gentle, sociable bike ride for women! This ride is especially for New Scots - women who are new to Scotland and making Glasgow their home.

This beginner-friendly ride follows an easy route at a relaxed pace, with a friendly group and supportive ride leaders - perfect if you're new to cycling or getting back on a bike after a while. It's all about enjoying the ride together, not about speed.

Afterwards, stay for our free family picnic on Glasgow Green - bring your family along to join you!

Bikes and helmets are provided free. Everyone is welcome, whatever your level of English.

Where: Meet at Sunny Cycles Hub, Monteith Row (beside Glasgow Green)

Who: New Scots women - beginners very welcome, but must be comfortable to cycle
