<p>Peer Talk is a national charity, and we are now offering a local South Tyneside Peer Support Group for those living with depression, anxiety or other mental health distress. This is a open talking group which requires no booking, with like minded individuals who can offer a listening ear and moral support through their own lived experience. </p>
