Please make sure that your child comes dressed appropriately, in clothing which can get muddy and footwear is appropriate for all ground types, and suitable for any weather. Children should attend with spare clothing, swimwear and a towel in case of water activities, or inclement weather. A healthy meal is provided as part of this session. We understand that things may change, as such if you cannot attend your booking, please use the booking system to cancel your place at the earliest opportunity to allow other children to enjoy the activities. Welton Waters Adventure Centre is providing a fantastic opportunity to engage with a wide variety of activities. Onsite activities will include: Animal Interactions, Kayaking, Bushcrafts (including shelter building and fire lighting), Arts &amp; Crafts: boat building, and Water Safety from Humberside Fire and Rescue. ﻿All participants will engage in a number of activities through the day, and will also be provided a healthy meal for them to enjoy. Participants should arrive for 9:30 and will depart from 14:45

Welton Waters Adventure Centre is a charity providing access to the outdoors in a safe, fun and engaging environment. We have a number of different activities available including: sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding, bushcrafts, and many more. As part of this we are inclusive of disabilities and SEND needs, allowing as many people as possible to enjoy the outdoors. We work alongside Shetland Pony and Friends Animal Therapy to provide animal interaction activities.

We also have an onsite café, providing hot and cold food and drinks throughout the day. 

Welcome to the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) website. Here you’ll be able to view, book and find out lots of information about the fun opportunities that are available in the Easter, summer and Christmas holidays for children and young people aged 5-16 years. <h2>Who is the programme for?</h2>Funded places on creative and active programmes are available to children and young people who receive benefit related free school meals and attend an East Riding school. There are also a limited number of places available to children and young people who have an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) commissioned by East Riding of Yorkshire Council. We would like as many families getting involved in HAF, and due to the demand for places, children and young people are able to attend 4 HAF activities for free at Easter, 16 sessions throughout the summer holidays and a further 4 activities at Christmas, with places allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Most sessions are 4 hours long and a meal is included at each session. Be a part of HAF and enjoy making memories.
