11am-1.00pm is a beginners ride to help people practice cycling in a group, and out on cycle paths.

Bikes and helmets are available to use if you don't have your own.

All riders ride at their own risk, photographs may be taken to report back to funders. Please let the leader know if you do not want to be in the photograph.
