BrightPaths Christmas Event for Young People

A fun, festive, low-pressure space for young people who find busy social environments difficult. It's about connection, creativity and comfort, not performance or pressure.

What to Expect

A mix of optional, festive activities, designed to feel supportive rather than overwhelming:

• Cosy sensory-friendly fidgets and snacks
• Christmas crafts (crackers, cards, keepsakes)
• Low-pressure socialising with others who get it
• Friendly, trained staff who specialise in supporting neurodivergent young people

Young people can dip in and out of activities at their own pace, no forced participation, no awkward icebreakers, no stress.

Who It’s For

This workshop is ideal for:

• Neurodivergent young people - no diagnosis needed
• Young people who find large or loud social settings difficult
• Anyone who would benefit from a calm, kind, structured festive space to connect with others and get in the festive spirit. 

Why We’re Running This

Over the summer, our community workshops were incredibly successful. Families reached out independently afterwards to say how much it meant, and asked us to run something again.

So this Christmas, we said yes, even before funding or a venue was secured (classic ADHD bravery!).

Donations are incredibly welcome but absolutely not a requirement.
