Description

Our Community Shop is for those residents who ordinarily live within a mile and a half (1.5) of the store. Everyone is welcome, regardless of income or other qualifying factors, and can sign up for a free membership. Patrons can shop once per week, every week, for an initial term of six months.

You pay £4 and receive at least £20 worth of goods - in the form of 10 items, such as Cereal, Milk, Bread, Pasta, Tinned Goods, Frozen, Fruit and Vegetables etc. The Community Shops are not a Food Bank service, so you have a choice of different items, and you are not simply provided a parcel of emergency goods.

The shop provides a stable, long term and sustainable method to help you and your family in the cost of living crisis. There is also additional Wellbeing Services and other signposting and assistance available, such as regular visits from Energy Advice, Digital Champions and associated services. Drop in during opening hours to enquire further and to sign up.

We look forward to welcoming you.
