Here are the important details for camp: 📍&nbsp;Location:Mulberry Academy WoodsideWhite Hart LaneLondonN22 5QJ Registration takes place in the&nbsp;indoor sports hall.(Entrance is directly opposite New River Sports Centre’s main entrance, please use the car park next to the field.) 🕘&nbsp;Time:&nbsp;9:00am – 4:00pmPlease ensure your child arrives on time and is collected promptly.Late collection will incur a charge of&nbsp;£15 per child for every 15 minutes&nbsp;after 4:00pm. 💧&nbsp;What to bring:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A refillable water bottle·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Comfortable sports clothing·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Sun screen and a hat on hot sunny days 👟&nbsp;Footwear:Trainers only.(No Crocs, studs, or sliders for safety reasons.) 🥜&nbsp;Important:We are a nut-free camp. <h1>BOOKINGS OPEN ON THE 6TH JULY AT 9AM</h1> Haringey’s Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme provides free holiday activities, including a nutritious meal at each session, for children and young people who receive benefits-related Free School Meals. Eligible children will be registered as receiving benefits-related Free School Meals and will have been issued a HAF code. If you have not received a code, this may mean your child is not eligible or is not currently registered for benefits-related Free School Meals. In this case, please contact your school to check your Free school meal registration status. Each code is unique to each child. Please do not us the code for multiple children as this may cause the code to be voided. Booking Your Child’s PlaceTo get started, create an account on our Plinth booking system, register your child or children, and explore the variety of activities available throughout Haringey. Plinth provides detailed information for each session, including:<ul><li>Activity descriptions</li><li>Age suitability</li><li>Accessibility arrangements</li><li>Location and availability</li></ul> This will help you choose the most suitable opportunities for your child’s interests and needs. How to Create an Account and Register Your Child on Plinth ﻿Create your parent account:<ul><li>Go to the Plinth website and select ‘Sign Up’. Enter your details and create a password to set up your account.</li></ul> Add your child’s details:<ul><li>Once logged in, go to ‘My Family’ or ‘Add Child’ and enter your child’s information, including their HAF code.</li></ul>*Please note, codes may take some time to be approved. Book activities:<ul><li>After your child is added, you can browse available HAF sessions and select ‘Book’ to reserve a place.</li></ul> CancellationsA reminder email will be sent to you one week before your booked activities begin. If you need to cancel a session, please cancel directly through Plinth and contact the provider to let them know. We ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice so that the space can be offered to another young person. SEND and AccessibilityOur HAF providers are committed to welcoming and supporting all children and young people, including those with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND). We encourage parents and carers to contact providers directly to discuss any specific requirements.
