Lunch Preference

Hi there,I am Mary-Ann and my teachers, Evie and Chloe and I are very excited to welcome your child to our Christmas Dance and Acro Camp! Please make sure your child is wearing something comfortable with sensible shoes. Dance wear/shoes are not necessary but can be worn if you have them. Leggings and a t-shirt are a great option and either plimsoles or trainers are fine for dancing in. Socked feet will not be allowed - either shoes as mentioned above or bare feet only. If you wish to cancel your place, please let us know so that we can offer the space to someone else on our waiting list. You can email, call or text to do this, or log in to your HAF account and cancel, that way (contact details below). FOODBreakfast - HAF funded children will be able to help themselves to cereal, toast, yogurts, fruit and drinks. Lunch - HAF funded children will be provided with be provided a lunch. More information to follow. You are welcome to bring your own healthy packed lunch if you'd prefer, but please do let us know in advance so we can avoid wasting food. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE MADE US AWARE OF ANY DIETARY REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO THE SESSIONS. We ask that all children bring a refillable bottle for drinks. We will provide juice and or water throughout the day. NO FIZZY DRINKS PLEASE. Please note start and finish times - 9am - 1pm and 1pm - 5pm . Please ensure prompt drop off and pick up to avoid missing out on any fun!If your child is attending both sessions, drop off is 9am and pick up is 5pm.We will be working on a performance for family at the end of the day, so parents/carers should arrive at 4:30pm for this. If your child has never attended a dance camp with us, please rest assured that we are very experienced in running them. The school is very friendly and no one will be left out of anything. Come and join our dance and acro workshops, together with festive arts and crafts and games. We will be preparing for a performance at the end of the day, so booking both and morning and afternoon session is advisable. Parents and carers are invited to the performance which starts at 4:30pm. No dance experience is necessary - great for beginners and all our welcomed. A small breakfast and a lunch will be provided. If you'd rather bring your own food, please let us know prior to attending, so to avoid any food waste. Please make sure you let us know about any dietary requirements upon registration so that we can prepare. Parents are able to book up to 4 funded places per child in the Christmas holidays.

Welcome to the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) website. Here you’ll be able to view, book and find out lots of information about the fun opportunities that are available in the Easter, summer and Christmas holidays for children and young people aged 5-16 years. <h2>Who is the programme for?</h2>Funded places on creative and active programmes are available to children and young people who receive benefit related free school meals and attend an East Riding school. There are also a limited number of places available to children and young people who have an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) commissioned by East Riding of Yorkshire Council. We would like as many families getting involved in HAF, and due to the demand for places, children and young people are able to attend 4 HAF activities for free at Easter, 16 sessions throughout the summer holidays and a further 4 activities at Christmas, with places allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Most sessions are 4 hours long and a meal is included at each session. Be a part of HAF and enjoy making memories.
