Food Hygeine
It is the responsibility of participants to ensure that food is prepared and stored safely. Any food taken out of the Redmond Community Centre must be stored in a refrigerator as soon as possible and kept refrigerated. The four main things to remember for good hygiene are the 4Cs: cleaning, cooking, chilling and avoiding cross-contamination.

By taking part in A Taste of Home cooking sessions participants agree to these rules and take full responsibility for all food that they prepare and consume during these sessions.
