Join us at the Nourish Hub for our NourishED Cookery Course! The benefits of this over our regular courses, is that you are welcome to bring children (under 5yo) you have along so while you cook they can play in our on-site creche, also at the end of each session you will be provided with Rose Vouchers so you can purchase the food you need to make the recipes you learnt in class again at home! One Rose Voucher equals £1 of fruit or vegetables from selected retailers in North End Road Market and Shepherds Bush Market.

You will be working at state of the art cookery stations, with all ingredients and equipment provided. Throughout each session, we will focus on a topic of food waste or nutrition whilst working step-by-step to create a new dish. The session will end with the group sitting down to eat together, with any leftovers packaged up for you to take home to enjoy with friends and family.

At the end of the five weeks you will have:

• Learned to avoid unnecessary food waste to reduce your impact on the environment
• Extended your cookery skills
• Developed healthy eating knowledge

Who can take part?

Families which are residents of Hammersmith and Fulham.

To be elligible for children to attend the creche, children must be under 5yo and their parent must attend the cookery class.
