Hang out in a safe, welcoming space, chat with others your age, play games or just breathe. This is your space to reset, connect, and just be — because rest is powerful too.
Learn practical self-defence techniques from experienced instructors. From standing tall to setting boundaries, these skills aren’t just physical — they’re mental too. You'll leave feeling stronger, more aware, and more confident in your ability to handle tricky situations.
Remember to dress is comfortable clothes.
All sessions are supervised and conducted in a safe, supportive environment.
