Family Hubs Webinar

A Family Hub only works as a single front door if the systems behind it behave like one. Usually they don't. Early years, health visiting, parenting support and Start for Life all sit separately, and families repeat themselves at every step.

This session covers what a joined-up family record looks like in practice: one referral route into the hub, visibility across services for the practitioners who need it, and reporting that answers DfE questions and local ones at the same time.
