Description

Adulthood Fears is an interactive, supportive session designed to help participants explore and understand their worries about life after education. Through group discussions, creative activities, and practical exercises, participants are encouraged to openly share their fears around adulthood—such as stress, work, finances, independence, and the unknown—within a safe, non-judgmental environment.

The workshop focuses on building confidence by breaking down these fears into manageable topics and providing clear, realistic guidance on how to prepare for them. Participants learn how to seek help, advocate for themselves, and recognize that uncertainty about the future is normal. Practical elements, including linking personal strengths and experiences to transferable skills for CVs and applications, help participants see their existing abilities in a positive way.

By the end of the session, participants leave reassured and better prepared for adulthood, with practical resources to support them beyond the workshop.
