The Salvation Army Employment Plus provides tailored employability support to anyone who is unemployed, underemployed or economically inactive.

• Help to overcome barriers and move towards work readiness.
• Access to training including online learning and development modules.
• Money management.
• Help with benefits, PIP applications etc.
• Help to apply for jobs, prepare for interviews.
• Pace is set by the customer and there is no time limit for this support.
• The customer chooses the goals - be it paid work, voluntary work, return to education, a short piece of advice etc.
• Structured in work support provided which can include help towards the costs of moving into employment.
