SUP - canal adventure

A long Sunday summer paddle for experienced paddleboarders. We will paddle for two hours east and then return the same way, all along Regent's Canal. It could involve portage at eight locks. We will stop for a lunch break at a cafe with toilets, drinks, food etc but do also bring snacks, water and apply sun cream.

Please wear suitable paddleboard clothing including trainers/wet shoes. We supply a bouyancy aid. Any Qs just email nicola at: sup@islingtonboatclub.com
