*Flexitime

The session starts at 1pm and ends at 2.30 but participants can join, or leave, the session at any time in between. The cost is the same however long you stay on the water.

Flexitime is to suit people who want a shorter lunchtime paddle.

So that we know if we are to wait for someone please select your starting time when booking!

Otherwise we leave at 1pm and return at 2.30pm.

If you'll need to leave earlier let the instructor know on arrival.

The activity:

An adult only kayaking session on Regents Canal, starting in the City Road Basin.

All levels are welcome, if you are a non-swimmer please let your instructor know.

All equipment is provided, it's best to arrive wearing your paddling gear (if possible). Loose, light layers. Covered, old shoes, no crocs, flip-flops or open toe sandals!

Bring a full change of clothes, including some dry shoes and a towel. We have a water fountain but please bring your own bottle.
