Description

Beginners' Yoga

This is a yoga class for beginners who want to take their first steps in learning how to stretch and breathe, or for people with some experience who prefer a slower pace of class. Yoga postures for strengthening legs, arms and core. Improve your fitness and balance. Everyone is welcome.
