Description

Join us at the Nourish Hub for a bespoke cookery course for young people (18-25yo) with learning disabilities and/or autism.


This cookery course runs over 5 weeks, each week you will learn new nutrition and food facts while cooking a healthy and balanced meal. The sessions have been created to help you develop core cooking skills and will be taught by a chef and nutritionist.

Nourish Hub, St Ann's Road, Swanscombe House, Shepherd's Bush, W11 4SS.


This course has been developed so that individuals can bring their carer or key family/friend along for support. The group size will be smaller and sensory triggers will be minimised. Specific reasonable adjustments and access arranges can be made and visits before the course starts to the hub encouraged.
