A fun and active summer camp for children and young people in Tower Hamlets. Children will enjoy sports, games, creative activities, team challenges, trips, and special activity days in a safe and welcoming environment.A healthy meal will be provided each day. Our Bethnal Green HAF Camp is one of Tower Hamlets Youth League United’s local delivery sites, providing a safe, welcoming and engaging environment for young people during the school holidays. The camp offers a wide range of fun activities including sports sessions, team games, creative workshops, and organised trips to exciting venues. Our aim is to give young people the opportunity to stay active, build confidence, make new friends, and enjoy positive experiences in their community. Alongside physical activities, we also focus on teamwork, wellbeing, and personal development, ensuring every child has a fun, memorable and enriching holiday experience.

Tower Hamlets Youth League United is a community-focused youth organisation based in Tower Hamlets, dedicated to supporting young people through sports, physical activity, and positive development programmes. Our mission is to create safe, inclusive and engaging opportunities for children and young people to stay active, build confidence, and develop important life skills.

We deliver regular sports sessions, holiday camps, trips, and youth engagement activities across multiple locations, including Bethnal Green and Mile End. Our programmes focus on promoting physical wellbeing, teamwork, leadership, and social inclusion, particularly for young people from underserved and low-income backgrounds. Through our work, we aim to empower young people, strengthen community connections, and provide meaningful opportunities for personal growth.

Thousands of children who are eligible for and claiming benefits-related free school meals will be able to access a free place a holiday activity club over the school holiday.Open to eligible children and young people aged 4 to 16 years, all programmes provide:<ul><li>free, nutritious and tasty food</li><li>fun physical activity sessions</li><li>a wide range of other exciting activities to suit different ages and personalities</li><li>opportunities to learn more about food and nutrition for children and their families.</li></ul> Please note: benefits-related free school meals are different from universal free school meals provided in all Tower Hamlets schools. If you are unsure if your child is signed up for benefits-related free school meals, please check with your child’s school. How do I sign up my child?If your child is eligible for a free place at a HAF club, you would have received a HAF letter in the post. To book a free place:•Register an account with Plinth •Select your HAF club from the list of providers •&nbsp;Follow their registration instructions. When registering there are two ways to prove eligibility: First, through the automatic eligibility check through the registration form by entering their name and date of birth. Second, inserting your child’s HAF Code in the registration form. This can be found at the top of your HAF letter. If you have missed out on a place at your chosen club, please check out opportunities at other clubs.
