British Canoeing/Paddle UK qualified instructors.

All equipment provided.

Please arrive in your paddling gear - loose layers -

shorts/leggings

t-shirt/sweatshirt

closed in shoes (trainers, deck shoes)

waterproofs if you have them.

NO crocs, flip-flops or open toed sandals.

Bring a full change of clothes, including shoes and a towel.

Bring your own water bottle, we can refill them for you.

This is an Open Access session which means when we have lunch the gates are open for participants to go out for their lunch break if they choose to. Lunch breaks are supervised for those that remain on site.
