This event is hosted by the Autism & ADHD Peer Support Service team at RPFL.

Our Group Peer Support session includes Focused Group Discussions and an opportunity to socialise for Autistic and ADHD adults & young people (16+) and the parents/carers of Autistic and/or ADHD people.

Before attending a group peer support session for the first time you will need to complete a registration form before booking a place (please note that you only need to complete the registration form once, but booking will be required for each event you wish to attend): RPFL Autism & ADHD Peer Support Service - Group Peer Support Registration Form

This service is funded by the NHS South Yorkshire ICB - Rotherham Place,

and you are eligible to access group peer support sessions if you:

• Are registered with a GP within South Yorkshire ICB - Rotherham Place
• AND ARE EITHER:
• An adult (16+) with a diagnosis of Autism and/or ADHD
• An adult (16+) on the pathway for assessment for Autism and/or ADHD
• The parent/carer of a person with a diagnosis of
• Autism and/or ADHD*
• The parent/carer of a person on the pathway for
• assessment for Autism and/or ADHD*
