Meet at Middlesex FA Football Club by 8:45 am. Free parking is available on site. Participants will take part in a short Mindful Walk &amp; Talk in Rectory Park before boarding the coach to Southend-on-Sea. Please ensure you have received confirmation of your place before attending.
