These workshops aim to help young people develop discipline, emotional regulation, and self-confidence in a safe, fun and supportive environment. We hope that by taking part, young people will see improved physical and mental health as well as learn new fun skills such as jabs, hooks and drills.
Young people will get the opportunity to work with their partner to create their own drills and they'll learn new games to keep them active and engaged with some friendly competition to see who can do the most jabs in one minute.
During this session we'll provide a meal of jacket potatoes with a choice of toppings including beans, cheese, tuna and salad, along with a jelly pot and/or fruit for dessert. Water and juice also provided throughout the session.
