The Customs House welcomes you to Games, Lunch and their fantastic Mother Goose Pantomime.Dame Bella Ballcock’s Zoo is facing hard times and she is desperate for a change of fortune. Her hapless nephew Dennis stumbles across a bedraggled goose whilst walking across Cleadon Hills.Priscilla seems to be the answer to all of their problems, however, the evil demon, Gander, is in pursuit and is determined to steal Priscilla away and take her back to Goose Land. Fear not, the magical spirit Twyleth is determined to bring a happy ending. This offer is open to children aged 4-16 years and All children/young people must be accompanied by an adult. Adults MUST book a seat (up to a Maximum of 2 other adults) per eligible child booking.

Hundreds of children across South Tyneside will access free, nutritious food and enriching activities over the school holidays, as the Department for Education (DFE) has confirmed funding for the holiday activities and food programme (HAF) throughout 2024.&nbsp; These free holiday clubs will continue to run to support families who are eligible for benefit related free school meals, over the holidays.Activities include:<ul><li>Football and other camps offering a wide range of sports</li><li>Surf School</li><li>Swimming</li><li>Musical theatre, dance, and drama workshops</li><li>And introducing our new ‘Teen Ticket’ which allows teenagers access to many attractions across South Tyneside</li></ul> Free holiday clubsThe next programme of free holiday clubs is during the school summer holidays (Monday 22 July until Sunday 1 September).Bookings for summer activities will open in July.All events are subject to availability and booking is essential.The sessions take place at several locations in South Tyneside and will include:&nbsp;<ul><li>a variety of fun activities</li><li>exciting opportunities to learn and develop skills</li><li>a nutritious meal each day</li><li>additional creative and cooking classes</li></ul> Who can attendTo be eligible to attend the free holiday club activities, children and young people must:<ul><li>be eligible for <a href="https://www.southtyneside.gov.uk/article/2634/Free-school-meals" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">benefit related free school meals</a></li><li>be aged 5 to 16 years old or up to 18 with SEND (SEND children must still qualify for free school meals)</li><li>live or go to school in South Tyneside</li></ul>
