Passengers may bring their own food and drinks, we suggest flasks for hot drinks as we have no facilities at the moment for making on board.

A small amount of alcohol is permitted with prior agreement!

A safety talk will be given by the skipper, please ensure your guests pay attention, especially young children. Buoyancy aids are available during the trip and we recommend that passengers wear them, especially young children. Please let your skipper know before departing if you require a buoyancy aid.

We welcome help on the locks from able bodied passengers!

**Please note:**

The skipper has ultimate authority and will stop the trip and ask passengers to leave at any point along the journey if he feels the behaviour of the passengers is in any way endangering the other passengers and crew.

Summary of cancellations and refund policy (per trip)

• Customer cancellations received in writing no less than 21 days - 50% refund
• Customer cancellations and/or amendments received in writing 7 days or less - no refund.

Islington Boat Clubs discretion may be used for exceptional circumstances.

Full refunds if the cancellation is made by Islington Boat Club.
