Plinth is already being used across the vital areas that make this work up: funding delivery partners through grant management such as the Crisis & Resilience Fund, supporting preventative services in family hubs and HAF programmes, and tracking the individual journeys of vulnerable residents through case management. We've built this into one system, giving authorities greater coverage of the resident journey, so impact can be monitored at every stage, not measured after the fact.
